That is a meaningless punishment. They will just be back next season. You need to make it painful so other owners don’t dare so this. Give them -100 every season for the next 4 years so they are relegated 4 times. Then they have to earn their way back up. So an 8 year, very expensive, very painful journey that will scare the shit out of every other team
