Most of my frustration is not at my baby it’s everything else I have to get done, I want him to sleep so I can clean, today I left the pile of dishes till night time and enjoyed playing with him staring at him peacefully giving him a bath and he went to bed easily. The dishes got done in the end but I think remembering to pause every moment for our little ones take a deep breath and really look at them is so healing
