This is my home airport and tbh, I don’t really mind most of issues, I do agree with the congestion issues for sure. But the sheer volume of flights is the biggest win, if you miss a flight, or there’s a delay, you’ve always got options.

I fly out of ORD at least once a month and I’m generally an ORD apologist, but the taxi times this summer have been especially brutal with the construction. Also terminal 2 is the 10th circle of hell lol

O’Hare absolutely gets way too much hate, there are so many flights that you always have options. Plus the new concourses and terminals that come online in the next few years will vastly improve the congestion issues. They’re under construction now :)

I fly through O'Hare a lot and I love it. Yes, the taxiing to the gate takes forever, but there are a lot of dining options and people are friendly.

This airport is the textbook definition of a love hate relationship. The colorful tunnel playing Rhapsody in Blue is such a vibe when heading to the United gates

Terminal 2 is coming down and being replaced by a new global terminal. The reason for taxi time is the construction of new satellite concourses.

One of the things I really like about the Chicago airport system is, I’m pretty sure, it’s the only city with multiple airports in the US where the cost to go between the two airports is under $10 (at $5). I also think because of that a Zipair flight out of ORD would be incredible for getting to Asia for cheap for most of the US.

It doesn’t get enough hate. Leaky roof on rainy days, claustrophobic especially in the concourses primary served by regional airlines. Only nice terminal is terminal 5

if O'Hare is B+ are asian airports like Singapore, incheon, etc are they like SSS+++? dont get me wrong O'Hare is like levels better than LAX or some NY airports but global standards? nah... let's stop being satisfied with subpar stuff so we start improving
