Holy shit this makes so much sense 😭 my tmjd has been much worse as I get older and I stopped grinding so much but all of the sudden I wake up with blinding pain in the back of my neck right where you pointed. I thought my body was just falling apart, I didn't realize it was all related.

idk main problem with tmj is stress. stress messes your whole body up and comes out physically until we deal with it
