I have 10 years of exp in Marketing. Im already at a director level but mahirap makahanap ng work (mag 1 month nako wala work). Masasabi ko minsan talaga factor din ang swerte sa pag aapply. I've sent and tracked all my 300 application. I only got 3 interview invites all from direct company. One thing na inayawan ko na mag apply is sa mga recruitment/staffing agency. Napaka tumal dyan, unless papatulan mo yun mga lowball offer nila, dun sila mabilis mag reply lol.

9yrs din ako sa software engineering field pero during those 9yrs may naipon din ako na funds para mapag aral ko sarili ko for polsci course and hopefully magshift to law field kasi mas future proof yung field nato dito sa PH vs tech field lalo na ngayon very uncertain what if may loans at bigger responsibilities pa tapos bigla ka ma layoff tapos pahirap lan mag apply kasi madami din nasa same situation sayo
