@pro.glitch: How to build an AI employee inside Claude Code (the whole picture) Most people think an AI employee is some complicated app. Under the hood, it's Claude Code plus a folder of plain text files. Here's the whole picture, using Quill, the employee who runs my Google Workspace. Profile: who she is, what she can do on her own, and when she has to ask first (money, contracts, first-time contacts). Context (CLAUDE.md): the file Claude Code reads first every session. It points her to how I write, who my clients are, and what the business does. Skills (SKILL.md): plain-English playbooks. The name and one-line description tell Claude when to use one; the steps run like a checklist. Tools: connectors give her hands in Gmail, Sheets, Calendar and Drive, through MCP or a small command-line app. Schedule: 9 AM triage, then an approvals check every 30 minutes. Memory: every correction becomes a standing rule she reads before drafting, so my edits get smaller every week. Team: when a new client wants a proposal, Quill hands it to Atlas, gets the PDF back and attaches it to the draft, and it still waits for my approval. Claude Code is the brain that reads all of it.
