@mothershipsg: As part of the launch of the Point-to-Point Driver to Bus Captain Pathway under the Career Conversion Programme, Senior Minister of State for Transport and National Development Sun Xueling led a tour of the Singapore Bus Academy on Sep. 28. This new programme will last 2 to 6 months, and trains point-to-point drivers transiting to the public bus sector in areas such as bus interchange operations. Interested applicants can apply for bus captain positions directly with the public bus operators or visit go.gov.sg/av-transition-package to find out more. #mothershipnews

AV should take over public buses first..since it goes the same route from start to finish..rather than taxi/phv..whereby pax can give wrong pickup location or dropoff
