Line an 8-inch square pan. • Mix dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt). In another bowl, whisk butter, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. • Combine dry ingredients with wet, fold in chocolate chips, and spread in greased and lined 8-inch square pan. • Warm Nutella for ten seconds, drizzle in stripes on top, and drag a knife to create marble pattern. • Bake about 20–25 minutes, until the top and edges are set.
