When I worked for Discover card and somebody would call in to change their last name or their address, we were supposed to congratulate them. I had one older lady called to change your address so I congratulated her. The next words out of her mouth where "my kids are throwing me in a nursing home. I'm not very happy" I started digging a hole for me to jump into right then and there🤣

My friend is a midwife and was caring for a patient when the patient’s husband asked my friend if she wouldn’t mind going to collect their uber eats and my friend jokingly said “are your legs painted on?” And he said “no, I’m blind”. She died! And of course went to get her Uber eats for them 😂

We had a customer who had been on celebrity big brother and she brought the lady she had befriended in the house my manager said is this your mother the friend was gobsmacked I did the head slap thing behind her and all three of us said NO the lady who was called mum was probably at the time mid 20s and the friend was probably 30

Not me but my cousin. My friend went to the hibachi he worked at and he recognized her instantly bc she was always at my house when he was there. He said "your bitchass again?" (his love language for ppl he's close to is insulting) turns out, she wasn't my friend and she was just someone who looked like my friend😭

I had an boss that everyone hated, I really mean it. After a year he was not my boss anymore and he always tried to make me do the same for his department. One day I had enough and said NO, ask my boss first. After that he was really nice to me?! Skip to 3 years later when I have to delete some old mails because I needed to. Then I saw an mail TO HIM from ME " if looks could kill". I thought I sent it to my colleague that also hated him. But know I now why he was so nice all of a sudden 😂
