Time. It’s taken me nine months and I’m still not there completely but it gets easier everyday. There are other people out there that want to make you happy and be around you (not just in a romantic relationship way, but also friendships and family in some cases). Surround yourself with care and love and you won’t even realize how far you’ve gotten until you look back one day. Progress is slow but not impossible. You’ve got this.
