Honestly, I’ve tried to be patient with my phone, but my vivo Y19s has reached a point where using it every day is just plain frustrating. When I first got it, it did the job. It was cheap, it made calls, and it handled basic stuff. But as time has gone on, apps have gotten heavier, my daily workload has increased, and this phone just cant keep up anymore. It feels less like a tool and more like something I constantly have to fight with just to get basic task done.
The biggest headache is how agonizingly slow it is. Opening simple things like my banking app, Google Maps, or even just a browser tab takes forever. I'll sit there staring at a blank screen waiting for it to respond. Multitasking is completely out of the question. If Im using navigation and switch over for two seconds to reply to a text, the phone automatically kills the map app in the background. Then I have to open it all over again and wait for it to reload while I'm trying to figure out where I'm going. When your in a rush or trying to get work done, that kind of lag is infuriating.
The screen and camera aren't doing me any favors either. The display is low-resolution, so reading long documents or small text actually strains my eyes after a while. And the camera is super hit-or-miss—mostly miss. Unless I'm outside in bright sunlight and standing completely still, my photos come out blurry, grainy, or washed out. Half the time I try to take a quick picture of notes or a document, it’s too fuzzy to even read, and low-light photos are pretty much useless.
On top of all that, charging it takes an eternity. Even though the battery lasts a while, when it finally runs low, it has to stay plugged into the wall for hours just to get back to full power.
That’s why I really need to upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro. Its not about having a fancy status symbol or buying into hype; it’s about having a phone that actually works when I need it to. The iPhone is fast, smooth, and doesn't freeze when you open two apps at once. The screen is super clear, the cameras take sharp photos on the first try without me having to hold my breath, and the build quality means it'll actually last me for years without slowin🥺
