My sister laid her sweet 5 year old to rest this March. In her speech she said “and when I die, promise me you all will bury me in my pj’s. I have lots of snuggles to give him when I get there” he was also buried in pj’s so he’d be comfortable ❤️🩹

my grandma lost my dad when i was 3 (he was 24) and she always said she wouldn’t have made it if it wasn’t for me. my mom let me live with her for the 3 years following his passing so she would have a reason to get up everyday. she passed jan 2025 and my son was born july 2025. if it wasn’t for him i wouldn’t have a reason to get up everyday.

My cousin passed away this early summer, her and her husband were each other’s first ever relationship they met in middle school. He talked about her and in the beginning of his story he shared with us that in middle school they’d go to the library and stand on other sides of a bookshelf and would tell each other that they love each other. He continued his talk but when he finished talking the last thing he said was “I still love you behind that bookshelf.” That Shattered my soul.
