why not just buy a classic burner dumb phone instead. Also seems to meet the only weakness on phones is the USB connection, lock that down at a hardware level and no one is getting your data. alternative option is host your mobile OS on a secure remote virtual server instead of your phone. all u need is network connection to use it.
