Yes he supposed to change a glove- that was I’m thinking until I taking blood of 280 pts a in 3hours.. it’s very impossible to change every each pts.. so what I do is just hand rub for next pts and change my gloves every each 3/4 pts. For sure I will change if I saw patient that need to change a glove before next pts..

Reinserting a needle after it has been taken out is a big no. 😳 Once the needle is out, it should be discarded and a new sterile needle should be used for another attempt.

Mala extraccion, tirar tan rápido el émbolo y forzar la presión colapsa la vena y genera hemolisis, hay que pinchar y sacar lentamente, no tirar de golpe y que se llene sola a presión.

se dan cuenta como no se genera un una interacción entre la persona que está sacando la sangre y la persona a quién le está sacando la sangre? considero que siendo un procedimiento que para algunos dolorosos esta forma de realizarlo es un poco distante al usuario, no brinda confort ni humanidad (lo cual es muy importante de salud), solo es productivo.
