@kevin_highlights: Happening now live from Nyeri county, The Blue Valley Affordable Housing Project in Nyeri Town has reached 88.2% physical progress, following construction that began on 15 July 2024. The development comprises three main residential blocks—A, B and D—each reaching the 11th-floor and roof stages. Major foundation, structural and roofing works are complete, while plastering, tiling, terrazzo, painting, electrical works, glazing and other internal finishes continue. The commercial blocks have also advanced through foundations, walling, first-floor slabs, roofing and tiling. Supporting infrastructure includes completed borehole drilling, water-tank works, site offices, hoarding and weighbridge installation. The project is also providing employment opportunities for local skilled and unskilled workers. #BlueValleyAHP #nyeri #affordablehousing #kenyantiktok #kikuyutiktok
