The only advantage of court wedding is that the man cannot take another wife in court but that doesn't stop him from marrying another wife via his customs n traditions also there is no law in Nigeria that shares a man's property during divorce,the only thing that can be shared is joint estate,that's properties dey bought together,joints account otherwise no court will give a woman house that she did not build or buy.
