Mas marami pa sana tayong pwedeng gawin,” Tulfo said in his interjection. “Sorry, ha. Nothing personal about you. Para sa akin irrelevant itong witness natin dito,” he added. He testified on the various registered firearms owned by Duterte and her spouse, Atty. Mans Carpio, allegedly worth ₱7 million. Sangalang’s appearance is part of the prosecution’s presentation on Article II of the Articles of Impeachment. The article centers on Duterte’s alleged unexplained wealth, failure to fully and truthfully disclose assets and liabilities in her Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN), and non-declaration of bank accounts and foreign currency deposits.
