@akyeamfourtv: Farmers in Asonkwa in the Nkoranza South Constituency are appealing to the government and relevant authorities for urgent support as they struggle to find buyers for their farm produce. According to the farmers, the lack of reliable markets is affecting their livelihoods, while the high cost of farm inputs is making farming increasingly difficult. The concerns were raised when NPP Communications Officer for the Nkoranza South Constituency, Shadrack Owusu, toured Asonkwa to engage farmers and find out about their current living conditions and the challenges confronting them. The farmers are calling for practical measures to create reliable markets for their produce, reduce the cost of farm inputs and provide the necessary support to sustain their farming activities.
