The dough would turn out wrong, the filling would leak, and the whole thing would end up burning in the pan. Then one day Maksimych came in with a secret recipe from a friend and insisted that one small ingredient could change everything. We decided to take a chance, gathered around the workbench, and made another batch from scratch. And somehow, this time, the magic really worked. The chebureki came out thin, golden, covered in crispy bubbles and filled with hot, juicy meat.
