Ppl think you got mommy issues cuz you don’t speak to her no more. When in reality, no contact is the only reason why you’re breathing & thriving today. Holding onto a relationships that constantly seeks to harm you IS the ISSUE. Literally a form of self-harm, one that can cost your life.

Once I hit acceptance that was it .. I knew I couldn't fw her again for the rest of this life. I have no feeling towards and that's okay because I spent years putting her first and fighting for a relationship that was always ever one sided. May she get it right with her other children but yea never in another life time.
