As a McDonald’s worker I feel curbside is beyond crazy because the lobby is not busy at all, and drive thru is busy 7am-7pm so why not just come inside. I feel honestly you’re waiting longer with a curbside order. This is just my opinion.

I hope my owner decides to stop doing this , especially with the harsh winter coming up... The drive through is always an option.. It'll be pouring rain or freezing outside , and I have to run a single drink out to curbside.. Why couldn't you just use the drive through? people do realize that curbside is like last priority , right? drive through, it was gonna get there stuff before you will.If you come to mcdonald's and order curbside. Most employees hate curbside , just to let you know

I hope this is true. its too much on us front counter people. we take ur order at register. most of the time we are also packing ur order weather to go or for here. bringing ur order to you, packing door dash and curbside and also running that out to parked cars. and we are running orders out to parks cars and dropping fries if we dont have a fry person....
