This is so true. This was a major pitfall for my dad's business. However, it is different with my sister and brother. I was a bit sceptical about the arrangement but it's been 2years now and my big sister's business is going so well since my brother started helping with the accounting. No issues at all. But, omo, that is like 1 in a million o. Most times, it doesn't work.

Everyone would have there own side of the story on this topic. I have alot to talk about, but I don’t have enough time to type. if you have a proper structure and you wouldn’t compromise the structure of your business for anyone relationship, I’ll advice you try it, but if you’re just starting a young business, please leave family and friends out of the picture, it’ll ruine your relationship with them.
