We kicked things off with Electrified (THB 450), a rich blend of whiskey, espresso, palo santo, coconut nectar, and pandan cordial that comes through silky, woody, and nutty. Next was Calm (THB 480), mixing Plymouth Gin with fortified wine, cucumber, chamomile, tamarind, and lavender for a deeply herbaceous, floral, and refreshing sip! For something richer, Indulgence (THB 450) brings together Phraya Elements Rum, bourbon, banana, longan, allspice, and a full scoop of rum raisin ice cream for a tropical, creamy, spiced delight! Then came Over The Moon (THB 450), crafted with gin, marigold, peach, oolong tea, tonka beans, and a fluffy peach & oolong espuma that feels luscious and airy! My absolute personal favorite of the night, however, was Curious (THB 450)! Combining Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, muscat liqueur, crème de violette, orgeat, olive oil, lemon, and actual blue cheese, it sounds wild on paper! But that sour, savory, and creamy combination works so surprisingly well that you'll be thinking about it long after your last sip!
