ive gone through this some 30 years back . I gave all my life for six years yet i was fired. It was a blessing in disguised. Now im much more happy and ive learn a lesson. YOU ARE ONLY AN EMPLOYEE IN AN ORGANISATION. NOTHING MORE. DNT GIVE YOUR LIFE FOR THEM BUT RATHER DO YOUR JOB TAKE YOUR PAY AND LIVE YOUR LIFE.

Came back from vacation in June to find out i’ve been let go. My company thought it would be better to outsource our American jobs to India for cheaper labor. My last day was in July and after being with the company almost 7 years it did hurt my feelings but now i get to be home with my daughter :)<3

When I got let go early from my two weeks commitment, I had mentioned the prior month to my bosses that if we did not change how we were doing things we’d close down in about a month or so because the money wasn’t coming in the old way they wanted things done and rubbed. They started micromanaging me coming in unannounced watching everything I was doing. I had a week planned to help my grandpa after his surgery. Before I came back my whole staff mentioned they were training a new manager while I was gone. After coming back I gave my two weeks following the news. They told me to not bother coming in during the two weeks. A month after they shut down. Business went down. They all the staff that worked under me they couldn’t hire anyone who would take the job serious anymore.
