14 shots by a single officer is excessive and this is behavior that law enforcement gets away with way to often. That officer could have shot him once or twice and had the same result. This is why so many do not trust the police

When someone is pulling a gun to shoot you , I’m sure you will take the time to think about the best way to handle the situation . Training is one thing actual reality is a different animal. 2 shots or 14 doesn’t matter
