@tradersnotes.ir: Not every channel breakout means a trend reversal. Sometimes price takes liquidity first and then continues in the direction of the dominant trend. The market is in an established bearish trend and is moving inside a descending channel. After a bearish BOS, price rallies toward the channel high and breaks above it. However, the broader structure remains bearish, so this breakout is treated as a liquidity grab, not a confirmed reversal. We then apply Fibonacci retracement to the bearish swing and identify the key Fibonacci zone. Price reaches this area, reacts downward, and resumes the dominant bearish move. The short entry is taken from this Fibonacci zone, while Fibonacci Extension is used to project the target. ⏱️ Timeframe: 5m 📌 Save this setup to study the difference between a liquidity-driven breakout and a confirmed trend reversal. #Fibonacci #LiquidityGrab #ForexTrading
