But my mental and physical health is not good. During the day, around 2 p.m., my eyes automatically start closing, and even by 6 p.m. it is very difficult for me to keep them open. I still want to get up, but I feel so sleepy and exhausted that it seems like every part of my body has gone numb from sleeping so much, especially my mind. May Allah help me from the unseen. Ameen.
