20年老员工可以起到4k-4.5k以上很合理，主要是看老员工有没有进步，老板每年利润增高，那就要留点蛋糕给老员工，人家做了父母也要养家糊口。

You mean you only raise her salary $100 in 20 years? You do know the average inflation per year is between 3-5% annually. My friend you adjusted her current salary with inflation she is practically working half a year every year for the last 5 years for free.

這我碰過，我做了3年，起薪31000,結果因為缺人，新人起薪35000, 老板還跟我說要我負責帶好新人，先不管公不公平，不是很奇怪嗎，當然老板有決定權，無話可說，所以這樣沒有智慧的老板，趕緊離開也好，一點前途都沒有
