People dont be confused on this,the mother to a new king of tooro is not a queen mother bcz she was not married to a king to be called queen. Her husband Kijjanangoma was a prince so she is called Mother of the king or King mother but not queen mother. Aqueen is that one who was married to aking,then when she gives birth to aking,she becomes queen mother. so sofar in tooro kingdom, we have one queen mother Best Kemigisa.Hope you have got it.
