Huge difference between and energy drink and decaf coffee. My mom worked in a heart hospital for years, the amount of teens/young adults she saw coming in because of heart problems due to energy drinks is scary! I’m the same way! I constantly tell my daughter to stay away from energy drinks!

I think some people forget they can scroll past without commenting. 🤭 I’ve had some people raise their eyebrow at me lately because they’ve seen me with a coffee from our local coffee place and they know I don’t do caffeine. Lol I turn my cup so they can see it’s decaf. Just because it’s coffee doesn’t always mean it’s caffeinated. I love the taste, but don’t need the extra boost. lol

I thought the same about the coffee. Most younger ones don’t want a coffee without the caffeine, that’s why they want them,including snacks and desserts with sugar.
