Multiple portiers of spaghetti sace, pop the extra portions in the freezer et voila - quick spaghetti bolognaise or lasagne or baked potatoes ( which you can also pre-cook and freeze).

I’ve found so many great recipes on here , whatever I fancy I just type in the item and slow cooker recipe so like ‘fajita chicken slow cooker’ and there’s loads! I normally check the comments for the ones people have replied to say they’ve tried and enjoyed. I found a fab Cajun chicken pasta one we’ve done many times now

This may seem like a pauper's meal but I still love it. Dried beans, usually pinto or navy, with seasonings on low for 8 hours. 30 minutes before done add smoked sausage cut into chunks. We eat it over rice.

schwartz do a few slow cooker packets, the chicken provencial one is epic! also campfire stew is great, gammon, tin of beans, tin of tomatoes, any veg you have, then just shred the gammon joint! you can also do cake in there, we have done aero chocolate cake and golden syrup cake! x

tin of fruit.. my kids liked cherries or peaches.. a cake mix.. I use the value ones.. tip that on top of the fruit...you can add butter, I don't... and put on low for 4 hours...have with or without custard... it's stodgy and glorious on a winter's evening😍😍

I make lasagne, gammon, fajitas, curries and bolognese in mine! 😅 There’s a FB group dedicated to slow cooker recipes and people even make jacket potatoes in them! 😭

Don’t know if you’re into it but it can do rice pudding and semolina pudding too. Sometimes a sweet dinner might be nice. I used to do an apple cinnamon rice pudding in autumn when mine were young xx

Balsamic beef it’s a slimming world recipe easy to find on Google and is lush. Also buy some gammon ham from Aldi (circa £5) cook for 4hours ontop of an onion. Slice and use for sandwhiches and with chips. Goes a long way.
