@c5news: A TV journalist reporting on a fatal car accident involving a young boy accidentally captured the moment a girl was hit by a car. TVP’s Miłosz Sieliwończyk was reporting from the scene in Kościerzyna, Poland, about a young boy who had been crushed by a car when a teenage girl appears behind him riding an e-scooter. The teenager is then stuck by a car and thrown through the air. “I heard a bang behind me and the cameraman screamed, ‘Oh Jesus!’ Mr Sieliwończyk has been quoted as as saying. “When I turned around, I saw a car driving away with a broken windshield and a child lying on the ground.” The cameraman zoomed in on the car’s licence plate so the matter could be reported to police, and the teen’s mother was called. Her injuries are not thought to be serious. The driver of the car is said to have returned to the scene a short time later. Police are still investigating.

I don't defend the car driver, god no, but these scooters are everywhere. When i drive my son to school in the morning they are popping out from everywhere, you literally have to dodge them sometimes. They just fly across the road not looking at all.
