it actally depends on what type the dog is now for a dog who works with blind people carnt refuse ... and dog that is for emotional issues is not a proper assistant dog and can be refused that's the law

they still havnt given us a refund and this happened on Saturday we try to get in touch with the hotel and the booking company oyo and they just keep fobbing us of its ridiculous

service animal then assistance animal two totally different things. service animals go through vigorous training with tasks trained specifically for the handlers needs. an assistance dog is filling in a form online paying for a letter from tne gp and going to the disability shop to sign off tne form fkr basics tasks. grew up next to guide dog trainer and have an assistance dog myself.
