i have recently had 2 inpost deliveries dropped somewhere.. i asked where they dont know. boom just lost. they stopped taking pics of door numbers or leaving any info. ive started making them go to a drop off point. zero trust.

We had a air cooler go ‘missing’ just before a heat wave. Probably sent in just the box so it was clear what was in it. Our local lovely EVRI driver looked into it and it went ‘missing’ when it was dropped off at the local depot by whoever they contracted to deliver to the depot. I no longer offer EVRI as a shipping option because whoever deals with the local EVRI locker cannot get to grips with WTF they’re supposed to be doing because everyday someone on Facebook is complaining about getting the wrong parcel. I love businesses that let me pick which courier to use because I will never be choosing EVRI. It’s unfortunate because the 2 EVRI drivers we get in my village are actually lovely and care a lot! But they get driven out of doing the job because EVRI pay them shocking amounts for the work they do

I’ve had tons of rows with evri threatening them with police over missing parcels saying they’ve delivered them but (we have CCTV where I live and they have not delivered anything) it’s interesting how they turn up the next day when I showed them a formal complaint I put in at police station. They are scum

I feel you. I'm still extremely sore that they 'lost somewhere in the warehouse', a sewing machine that I bought on ebay about 6 months ago. 🤬 Not gonna tell me that some evri employee didn't eye a nearly new Bernina bernette sewing machine up? I'm not that stupid..

This is my evri proof of delivery great but that’s not my house and no idea where it is now if a company doesn’t state their courier I email before ordering if it’s evri I order from elsewhere

Our Evri delivery driver John is the absolute best. We are always so relieved when we find out our parcel is coming with Evri. DPD on the other hand 🤦♀️

the people commenting on their evri driver don't understand this is a wider issue with the company. Good for you that your driver is amazing, but it doesn't take away from the countless stolen/missing/damaged items

I think it’s your driver. My driver is a lovely lady and she delivers all my parcels. I’ve not had much of an issue apart from the odd delay. I do appreciate I’m lucky and a lot of people do have issues with evri.
