As a parent of 3 teen girls and 2 boys. I'm with the dad. Only because as a minor you shouldn't be worrying about boys. It's ok to have a crush or like a boy but to have a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship as a minor. That's a No. Now the Quince is a representation of my girl transitioning to woman hood So after that I can understand. but again life is a process and there's a time and place for everything. I tell my girls once you turn 18 or hand me a HS Diploma I'll have nothing else to say about her decision making unless advice is sought out. Till then they are all my responsibility.
