Since then, I have taken a few more Eurostar trips, and it was still the same experience with the London staff, so rude! @Eurostar Your ST Pancras staff is so miserable, all of them are rude, shouting at people for no reason! Refusing to let people with a baby pass as priority during extreme crowds… very unprofessional. It is such a contrast with your on board staff and Paris staff who are so lovely!
