Wow impressive, also what are the reasons which a price for the house will tremendously increase in value? Because I was wondering it has something to do with inflation so for instance I bought the house when inflation was 1% then overtime it’s 5% then you pay a lot, my perplexed thought was thinking vice versa so then you can sell it when it increases in value but rather I will have to pay a lot of loan. That’s very risky despite the 2.5% deposit.
