All Costco's are busy! & every Costco caters to the demographic in the area so surrey has more east Indian things so that's why there are lots of indians. richmond has more Asian products/food so it's mainly Asians, Langley Costco mainly whites go there if you have a problem with this location there are lots in the lower mainland. ✌🏽
