@itvsport: We asked fans outside of Wembley what they feel the punishment should be for Man City 🔊

Alan :

Massive points deduction. 6pts deduced per charge, 6x114 is 684. And then for every time they’re relegated with negative points, leave the negative on the board. 114 possible points from a PL season, 138 from an EFL season, and that’s if they go invincible. Effectively, put them in national league north, but not immediately. Give them the 5 year downfall, then it’s at least another 5 years back up, but they won’t be the same. It’s at least 10 years of punishments.

The Grim Rita :

20+ points? Luton were docked 40 points over 2 seasons for a fraction of this and blackmailed to accept -30 or be thrown out the league.

Jay Frost :

If it were my club, I would be devastated knowing that cheating has made the titles and trophies all for nothing. Yet mancity fans act like a dodgy politician defending fraud.

RThomas :

Strip them for all trophies, send them out of the football league and give them 10 years transfer ban.

Hassan 🇬🇧🇪🇹 :

Punish the working class fans by relegating them to the championship

-Jay-C- :

Everton got like 6 points for 1 offence lol

🔴JCN⚪️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 :

regulation to national league north, force release of all players over 18 years old, £50million fine for current owners, force sale of the club to new ownership

jonnyf :

Ban 4 10 years

Scott Collier :

Go the way of Juventus. relegation,Heavy points deduction. Strip assets

procrastinating :

an asterisk next to their titles won during the period. plus a 20-25 point deduction per year, for the same duration that the charges are for...9 years without europe and no premier league title challenge will hurt them more than 1-2 seasons relegated where they can bounce back

iamalgenehong :

20pts deduction for 10 years

BigFrankWillyWank :

relegated to the Scottish league 😁

888 :

JAIL

Jonathan Buchanan :

it's the owners at fault. everyone found complicent should be banned from football for life. just force the sale of the club from the owners, fine, transfer ban for 5 years.

Ghost :

114 points deduction

Fran | Booktok 📚✨ :

Every point earned during those years, add them up and deduct them - relegate them as far as national league - strip the titles - fine them in the billions - transfer ban for like 5 plus years

Denni :

really

KIN OSHYAZ :

strip trophies

user17220062730 :

London247 :
