I really appreciate your content sir. However, this is my take. 1. A handful of ugandans take home 2.8m salary 2. We're assuming that this person doesn't have children throughout the 7 years which would inflate the expenses e.g pay school fees, food, and health care. From my experience a job that pays 2.8m is most cases not entry level so we're talking about an old person here 3. We're assuming the price of construction materials stays the same over seven years which is realistically infeasible. Uganda has been averaging 5.5% inflation p.a 4. Mortgage/loan. Taking a 20% loan on 110m means you're paying around average 15m in interest every year( on reducing balance) making the payment of the house go beyond the 7 years
