In June 2026, 28-year-old pizza delivery driver Anshul Kuncha was killed while making a late-night delivery in North Philadelphia. Police said the order was placed for a vacant apartment at Raymond Rosen Homes, and surveillance footage showed two people following Kuncha after he arrived. A 14-year-old, Sincere Camps, was later arrested and charged with murder, robbery, and firearms-related offenses. Investigators said the suspected motive was robbery and that the pizzas appeared to have been left untouched inside the vacant property. Camps is being charged as an adult and remains accused rather than convicted.
