planti man complain long mining law where olgeta samting stap under 2m long graun osem oil ,gold na copper em blong government ...which is logical and has commonsense...since the state dont own any land ..above 2m and on land surface ..but one thing the state has to stop bringing in foreign investors to mine ,they can use stare on business or local companies which are 100% nationally iwned..
