@jack_ofalljourneys: Brutal opinion 👇👀 📍Kasol, Himachal Pradesh - India 🇮🇳 Kasol and the surrounding Parvati valley gained the nickname mini-Israel because of the amount of Israeli tourists there and also the businesses what cater towards them. However honestly nowadays there are more domestic tourists than Israelis. Aside from that - Kasol is the only place in India I’ve genuinely thought is truly over touristed - and one of the only places In the country personally didn’t enjoy. I’m well aware of the irony of criticising tourism whilst being a tourist but it’s how it’s managed rather than there just being people. The nature is undeniably amazing - however the constant traffic, crowds & honestly rubbish from tourism kind of takes away from that. Also Kasol has for a long time had a bit of a hippie scene - Each to their own, but when your trying to enjoy what is marketed as a peaceful nature escape and you’ve got random people trying to sling you a gram or your hotel owner racking up on the table kind of takes away from the vibe 🤌 #india #israel #travel
