From someone who just recently lost their son at the age of 2 months, August 2nd. CRY ! Wherever and whenever you need to. My grief is so bad that I caught myself crying in the airport , while I’m at outing , or just anywhere. I’ve stop holding my emotions back because when it hurts it HURTS. I’m currently on anxiety meds & antidepressants. I’ve been to the hospital at least 20x since he passed because my health anxiety is so bad & it’s hard to sleep. I’ve joined a discord for people dealing with anxiety but I’ve been looking for people that’s grieving the loss of a kid because this is the hardest thing I’ve ever been through & im only 24. I just pray every single day.

My son was my only child. He also left me a grandson that I have full custody of… but even though I have a piece of him left here on earth I still struggle to get out of bed too… it’s been 2 years and no matter what other people say.. it does not get easier 💔

my mom lost her only son (my brother) he was only 23, and thank goodness he had a baby girl before he left this earth. that was his gift to us. RIP James, we miss you so much 😔🖤
