I am having such a hard time with my manager at work. It’s been at least 2 years of excruciating pain and discomfort at work. She is shady and has a crony and hold on to all the work and don’t share any insights. It’s been so hard and of course I can leave, but I’ve been there for 20+ years. I’ve been making moves to leave but the market is so hard right now. This is spot on! I really hope the light is coming soon!
