when i worked at dunkin there was a lot of happy shinny fresh outta high-school. 2 years being there they come and go but I can slowly see the life draining from them. only advice I could give them? "Don't be stuck." everytime i told them that they usually leave. one of them was 17, in collage for a law degree or some shit. smartest kid I ever met. I would walk in amd pray she wouldn't be there. so much potential. I was happy when she finally left. I hope they are doing okay now.

22 and I’m tired of being tired, and no not from a lifelong line of work of being physical, but of this world we live in of the inevitability of repeating the same mistakes we say we need history for just not to repeat them yet we do everyday. And simply the idea of a normal God fearing family and life, it seems so far fetched yet that’s all I want is just a God fearing wife and peace with one another but that hope is what destroys me mentally. I see people murdered on the internet and as a man I feel responsible for the world around me so I take on that guilt as if I murdered that innocent person because I have done absolutely nothing in my life to help.
