After 5 years i just blocked them on WhatsApp, I don't use other social media but I blocked them anyways on fb, Instagram etc. But every year I find myself unblocking them on WhatsApp, thinking I'll be okay, but then as soon as read their status, I get so triggered, I feel so destabilized, I just unblock again... Guess there's still work to be done in the letting go department
