20+ years ago, my high school bf parents brought a 12 pack of beer to the movie theater with us…I’ve never been so embarrassed, I WISH they got kicked out. 😂 I refused to let them drive me home after. Food is one thing to sneak in but liquor of any kind is classless! You have a drinking problem if you can’t go 2 hours without alcohol…🤦♀️

At my local movie theater, they don’t care. The only things you can’t bring in are things that you can purchase there. Other than water, you can bring in your own bottled water… but yeah, my mom and I are going to the movies on Friday and we are bringing Starbucks, and dinner. We haven’t decided what yet it’s between Lebanese food, or like fried chicken.. and then we’ll buy our candy, and popcorn at the theatre. I actually don’t think I’ve ever been to a movie theatre where they look in your bags.
