If I have already Short term disability in my 2026 plan and the worst health insurance plan ( with HSA) and new enrollment is in January ( my due date is in May). Would my short term disability still work if I reenroll it it? Can I switch to the better health insurance even tho I’m already pregnant so I pay less out of pocket?

My company's short term disability only covers if you're put on bed rest or have a medical reason for not returning to work after the standard maternity leave. CHECK YOUR POLICIES PEOPLE
