My ability to lead my teams with empathy, be intentional about their growth and development, diagnose gaps at the root cause to course correct by implementing practical and sustainable solutions means absolutely nothing to hiring teams apparently because it doesn’t scream shareholder value is number one priority… in plain English, I care very much about the teams I lead because I know exactly what it was like to have terrible bosses. I also try to get down to the problems at the source, work on actual solutions that will fix and lower the frequency of those problems happening in the future, cause sustainability over short term gains every single time… I am cooked 🥴😩

I lean into conflict. I listen intently when others are escalating because what they have to say in that moment is invaluable data to actually work to a solution.

unrelated to this vid but any advice on what to do when you receive an offer that you’re not necessarily thrilled about (mostly due to salary) and only have a few days to get back to them . but you’re also interviewing with another company you’re way more excited about? what’s the strategy?
